I have been using the Premium Edition ice pack for years. I have low back pain and this combination of wrap & ice pack works very well for my needs. I highly recommend the Premium Edition only because the ice packs have stitching around the edges that helps prevent the gel from leaking through the seams after long periods of use.

Svc was horrible. 2 day shipping took over a week. Not so great for post op preparation situation. Product is great.

Where has this been my whole life?
I've always struggled to keep packs in place especially with shoulder and back pain I would even resort to fumbling with a belt to keep them in place. This strap is perfect in every way. The packs are great and I just love it!
